Summary:
Established in 2004, LHT is a non-profit that finances the production, rehabilitation and preservation of affordable housing in Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester and Georgetown counties. The director manages a talented staff: an Assistant Director, who is the Chief Operations Officer, a Lending Director, who is in charge of product development and underwriting, a part time Chief Financial Officer and full time assistant. LHT also works with a part time grants writer and contracts with outside attorneys and CDFI consultants. The Trust has an active board and the Director works closely with them.
